1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to DagsalCraft. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, online store and related services.

In these terms, “DagsalCraft”, “we”, “our” and “us” refer to the operator of the DagsalCraft store. “You”, “your” and “customer” refer to any person accessing our services or placing an order.

By accessing our services, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our applicable Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns and Refunds Policy.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibilities

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to place an order. If you are not legally eligible to make a purchase independently, you must use the services with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.

When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information and to keep your account credentials secure.

• You are responsible for activities carried out through your account, subject to applicable law.
• You must not impersonate another person or provide misleading information.
• You must notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Products and Product Descriptions

DagsalCraft offers resin art products, handcrafted items, wooden products, made-to-order products and other merchandise listed on our store.

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, photographs, prices, dimensions, materials and other product details.

Because some products are handmade or crafted using natural materials, minor variations in colour, grain, texture, finish, pattern or appearance may occur. Such variations do not necessarily indicate a defect.

Product images are illustrative. Actual appearance may vary depending on lighting, screen settings, materials and the nature of the crafting process.

Where a product is customized or made to order, its specifications and preparation requirements may differ from ready-made products.

4. Product Availability and Orders

All orders are subject to product availability, order verification and acceptance by DagsalCraft.

Placing an order does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted. We may contact you if clarification is needed or if a product cannot be supplied.

We reserve the right to correct genuine listing errors, limit quantities or decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, inaccurate pricing, stock unavailability or technical errors.

If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, any eligible refund will be processed in accordance with applicable law and our refund procedures.

5. Pricing, Taxes and Payments

Product prices and applicable charges will be displayed on the website or at checkout. Prices, offers and availability may change before an order is placed.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges and other disclosed fees will be shown where required or supported by the checkout process.

Payments may be processed through the payment methods and third-party payment providers made available at checkout.

• You agree to provide accurate information necessary to complete your transaction.
• Orders may be subject to payment verification or fraud-prevention checks.
• Payment confirmation does not remove the need to satisfy other order requirements.
• Refunds, where approved, will be handled according to the applicable payment method and refund policy.

We do not ask customers to disclose their account passwords or payment security codes to our support team.

6. Preparation Time and Made-to-Order Products

Different products require different amounts of preparation time before dispatch. Ready-to-ship resin products may be prepared more quickly than wooden products requiring manufacturing, finishing or customization.

Indicative preparation times may include:

• In-stock resin products: approximately 1–2 business days.
• Ready-made wooden products: approximately 2–3 business days.
• Made-to-order wooden products: approximately 5–7 business days.
• Custom products or furniture: approximately 10–15 business days or longer, depending on complexity.

These are general examples, not guaranteed deadlines. The preparation estimate displayed for the relevant product or order takes precedence over these general examples.

For an order containing multiple products shipped together, preparation may be based on the item requiring the longest preparation time. Customization, material availability, quality checks and other reasonable production requirements may affect the timeline.

7. Shipping, Dispatch and Delivery

We use Shiprocket-supported courier services and available logistics partners to arrange delivery.

Preparation time and courier transit time are separate. Courier transit generally begins after the shipment has been handed over to the courier.

Delivery estimates depend on the destination PIN code, courier availability, shipment details and operational conditions. Any delivery estimate shown at checkout or in tracking information is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, PIN code and contact number. Incorrect details or failed delivery attempts may cause delays or return-to-origin shipments.

8. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible. An order may not be cancellable once preparation, customization or dispatch has progressed beyond a stage where cancellation is reasonably possible.

Made-to-order and customized products may be subject to additional cancellation or return conditions, subject to applicable consumer protection law.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and supporting photographs so we can investigate.

Approved refunds will be processed according to the applicable refund policy, payment provider procedures and legal requirements.

Nothing in these terms excludes any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Offers, Discounts and Promotional Campaigns

Discount codes, promotional prices, free-shipping offers and other promotions may be subject to specific conditions, validity periods, product exclusions or minimum purchase requirements.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other offers. We may withdraw or amend a promotion where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law and any commitments already made to customers.

10. Acceptable Use of the Website and App

You agree not to:

• Use our services for unlawful activities or fraudulent transactions.
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, servers or systems.
• Introduce malicious software, harmful code or activities that disrupt service operation.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, our business or our systems, subject to applicable law.

Unless otherwise stated, the DagsalCraft name, branding, logos, website design, product photographs, descriptions, graphics and other original content are owned by or licensed to their respective rights holders.

You may browse our content and use our services for personal, lawful shopping purposes.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish or commercially exploit protected content without prior permission from the relevant rights holder, except where permitted by law.

Purchasing a physical product does not automatically transfer intellectual property rights in its design, artwork, branding or associated materials.

12. Third-Party Services

Our website and app may rely on third-party services for payments, shipping, notifications, hosting, analytics and other functions.

Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for independent third-party websites or services to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Our use of a third-party provider does not remove any responsibility that applicable law places on us.

13. Privacy and Notifications

We may send service-related notifications concerning order confirmation, preparation, dispatch, delivery, account security and important service updates.

Push notifications depend on your device settings and the availability of notification services. You can manage notification permissions through your device settings. Promotional communications, where offered, will be handled in accordance with applicable consent and opt-out requirements.

14. Account Suspension and Deletion

You may request deletion of your DagsalCraft account by contacting support@dagsalcraft.com.

We may restrict or suspend an account where reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, security risks, unlawful use or material violations of these terms, subject to applicable law.

Account deletion does not automatically cancel an existing order, discharge an outstanding payment obligation or require deletion of records that must lawfully be retained.

15. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep our website and app available and product information accurate. However, uninterrupted service and error-free content cannot be guaranteed at all times.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, DagsalCraft will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including third-party service interruptions or courier delays.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including applicable consumer rights, or for liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Events Beyond Our Control

Reasonable delays or interruptions may occur due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, public emergencies, transport disruptions, strikes, government restrictions or major technical failures.

Where such an event affects an order or service, we will make reasonable efforts to address the situation and communicate material changes where appropriate.

We may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes to our products, services, business operations or legal obligations.

The updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Changes will apply as permitted by law. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent.

18. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are subject to the applicable laws of India, without removing any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

Disputes will be handled by the appropriate forums or courts having jurisdiction under applicable law. Nothing in this section restricts a consumer’s statutory right to approach a competent consumer dispute resolution authority.
